The terms are valid from January 1, 2024 and apply to all KIDschool service users.

KIDschool provides:

User obligations

Payment terms
Payments for KIDschool services are governed by the following conditions:
Payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Due within 14 days
Refund policy
Refunds are possible under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of purchase
- In case of technical problems on our side
- When promised services are not delivered
- Partial refund for early termination
When we pay and when we do not pay teachers
- Teachers are paid only for completed and confirmed lessons according to the agreed schedule.
- If a lesson was not completed due to cancellation by the parent with sufficient advance notice (according to cancellation terms), payment for the lesson is not made.
- If a lesson is cancelled at the last minute by the parent, payment may be made to the teacher according to current cancellation terms.
- If a lesson is not completed due to the teacher's fault, payment is not made.
Method of payment to teachers
- Payment is made monthly retroactively based on an issued invoice or work agreement.
- The teacher is required to provide necessary accounting documents in the required format and deadline (usually by the 3rd day of the month).
- Payment is sent to the bank account specified by the teacher in the contract.
